How to solve the problem of printing failure

the reason:

1) Poor suitability of the printed substrate, and the wetting tension is low.

2) Additives (plasticizers, surfactant slip agents, etc.) in the printed substrate film form a precipitation layer, which affects the adhesion of the ink layer.

3) The printed substrate itself absorbs moisture.

4) Poor performance of ink, misuse of ink, or mixing of dissimilar inks.

5) Change in ink properties (deterioration, whitening).

6) Poor drying and more residual solvents.

7) Package contents and environmental conditions reduce adhesion.

Countermeasures:

2) Confirm the precipitation of the surface. 4) Solve the problem of ink deterioration and whitening.

5) Adjust the drying conditions to solve residual solvent problems or reduce residual solvents to specified limits.

6) Implement humidity control at the printing site. For films that are easy to absorb moisture, such as Vinylon, cellophane, nylon, etc., and prints are properly stored to prevent moisture.

7) Full consideration shall be given to the effect of the packaging contents and environmental conditions on the fastness of the ink.
