(1) Pretreatment Pre-processing of sand and concrete slag on the joint surface in the laying area with a wire brush. Then rinse with clean or pressed water. The surface area can be rough or flat. It can be either dry or wet. (2) Cut according to the design of the extrusion section, use a cutting knife to stop the nozzle The corresponding part of the front end is cut off, and the thin film is smashed with a thin wire. Shake the hole left and right, and be careful not to smash it repeatedly. Otherwise, the film scraps will be mixed into the extruded water-stopping glue and affect the construction quality. (3) Extrude the sealing hose to the sealing gun and squeeze the sealing machine to squeeze out the sealing glue. In order to make the extruded waterproof glue adhere well to the concrete surface, the front end of the outlet should be pressed against the concrete surface. After the construction, the gap between the concrete base surface and the sealing glue should be confirmed. The extruded sealing glue is continuously and evenly laid on the base surface. In the event that the extruded colloids are not continuous or uniform, they can be properly scraped or trimmed with a doctor blade.
(4) Curing and Curing In order to ensure that the sealing glue has good adhesion to concrete, sufficient curing time must be ensured. The sealing glue after construction does not exceed 24 hours until the surface hardens. The surface hardening of the sealing glue needs to fully reach the finger-touch dryness before the next continuous concrete pouring can be performed.
(5) Treatment after water soaking If the time from sealing glue construction to the next pouring of concrete is longer, please be careful not to infiltrate the water stop glue. If the immersion does not cause the water to swell and cause the sealing glue to peel off, it must be repaired before pouring the concrete. The repair method is as follows: First, remove the water-repellent adhesive with nails to remove the water; then remove the peeled water-preventing adhesive and re-apply.
(6) Precautions The distance between the waterstop rubber and the edge of the concrete shall not be less than 100mm. If the distance is too small, the expansion stress will cause the concrete to burst. If you need to extrude the sealing glue in different times, the overlap length is not less than 20mm. The next time the concrete is poured, the vibrators cannot directly contact the sealing glue.
