Discharge may occur around flammable solvents and inks causing fire. It also often strikes the operator's body, especially the fingers, causing the operator to operate erroneously and to have problems that should not occur. In terms of printing quality, static electricity is also like a magnet. Adsorption of dust and fluff from the air onto the surface of the printed material will result in the appearance of pinholes or small white spots on the graphic. The discharge of static electricity can also damage the surface coating of materials and affect the discharge of labels.

Elimination of static electricity can be started from the following aspects: 1 Strictly control the humidity and temperature in the printing room, and try not to generate static electricity in the working environment. The label printing factory ideal temperature is 20-25~C, the relative humidity is 50%-60%, the common method at present is to install the humidification device in the workshop, and pays attention to rubs the ground. 2 Install a static elimination device on the machine to control it.
