In the beginning, customers only need to tell the Robot Bike Company about their size and the type of ride they want to ride. The frame is designed based on this information, and the angle of the casing determines the geometry of the individual frame. It is understood that these sleeves will be printed on a 3D printer . During the printing process, the laser will selectively melt the titanium metal powder and manufacture the sleeve joints in a continuous layer.

Once the casing joint is made, the carbon fiber tube is cut to size and then combined with a titanium sleeve. The end result is a carbon and titanium combination frame that uniquely fits every buyer. It is reported that a complete custom bicycle weighs about 29 pounds (13 kilograms), depending on the equipment.
