Abstract: N2 isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) monomer synthesized by alkylation of acrylonitrile and partial hydrolysis, using infrared spectroscopy (FT2IR), hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR), mass spectrometry (MS) Characterized. Using IRGACURE2959 as the light-inducing agent, PEGDA / NIPAM copolymer hydrogel was synthesized by UV-induced photopolymerization, and the copolymer was characterized by F T2IR, and the hydrophilic properties of the gel were discussed. The results show that the FT2IR of the NIAPM monomer contains a carbonyl peak of 1657. 7 cm-1, a hydrogen peak on the amino group of 149.5 cm-1, a vibrational hydrogen peak on the isopropyl group of 137.5 cm-1, and 1621. 2cm-1 Olefin double bond peak in 1 H NMR, active hydrogen peak containing δH 7.9 imine groups and hydrogen peaks at the same carbon position, cis position and trans position in the double bond and characteristic peaks of isopropyl group, MS indicated m / z = 112 is the molecular ion peak, and the result conforms to the NIPAM structural formula; polymer F T2IR shows that the characteristic peak of the double bond is weakened, and the double bond is opened to synthesize the PEGDA / NIPAM copolymer; as the content of NIPAM monomer increases, the copolymer The contact angle decreases, the equilibrium swelling rate increases, and the hydrophilicity increases.
