High-efficiency H981 series high-efficiency film waste recycling machine

Foshan Hongfeng Hardware Plastic Machinery Factory recently launched a highly efficient film waste recycling machine called the H981 series. No heating is required during use, neither changes the chemical composition of the material nor reduces the plasticization performance. The edge material of the film is fed into the squeezing device by the feeding mechanism of the machine, and the compacted material is then transported to the shearing component and cut into granular flaky particles. During the process, there is less dust, and there is no difference between the specific gravity and the plastic particles. No bridging will occur at the inlet. With the addition of large (up to 30% ~ 40%), low power consumption, flexible application (can be linked with the production line, slitting machine or a separate person). This model is suitable for scrap recycling of CPE, PE, CPP, PO, PP, PET, PA, etc.
