EPS high-strength insulation box invented successfully

Recently, a high-strength thermal insulation box was successfully developed at the Laizhou Workers’ Cultural Palace Science and Technology Center (0535-2212966 2233408) in Shandong Province, filling the gap in China. The State Intellectual Property Office granted the national invention patent and the invention patent application number.

Polystyrene thermal insulation box is widely used for fresh packaging of seafood products and various foods, fruits, vegetables and other agricultural and sideline products with its excellent thermal insulation properties. However, due to its small density and poor strength, it is very easy to break during use. During the transfer process, many times, the insulation box containing the goods is broken. If it is accidentally touched, it will fall downwards, especially when it is heavy, such as iced seafood. In the process of bumps, squeezing, collisions, and moving, many thermal insulation boxes have a service life of only a few months or days. Once broken, they cannot be repaired and can only be discarded. This not only pollutes the environment, but also causes waste.

In view of the above, the Laizhou Workers' Cultural Palace Technology Center in Shandong Province has invested a large amount of manpower and material resources. After repeated experiments and screenings, the high-strength thermal insulation box has been successfully invented.

This new technology uses high-strength fiber materials as the skeleton, wrapped in the box surface, and then penetrate the new high-strength binding agent, the skeleton material will be integrated with the insulation box, and the tensile strength is improved.

The invention of a high-strength thermal insulation box will certainly bring convenience and benefits to a wide range of users, and bring great economic benefits to manufacturers.
