The interior is solid wood strip, which has low requirements on processing equipment and is convenient for on-site construction. In addition, the large core board is more stable than the solid wood board.

Disadvantages: The formaldehyde emission is high and the environmental protection standard is low; there is a void inside the plate. If the nail is nailed in the gap, there is basically no nail holding force; the vertical bending resistance is poor, and the long-term stress will cause obvious lateral deformation of the plate.

Third, then look at the fingerboard

The finger joint plate is also called the tooth joint plate and the solid wood composite material. Many businesses are called solid wood panels, but they are not a whole piece of solid wood. The whole piece is made of solid wood, and the merchant is usually called the original board.

There is no essential difference between the finger joint board and the large core board. The biggest difference is nothing more than the following three points:

1. One more process than the ordinary large core board: opening (opening)

2, less than the ordinary large core board, the upper and lower sides of the board, the use of less glue.

Disadvantages: Finger-joint furniture is not really solid wood furniture in the traditional sense, so it does not have the durability of traditional solid wood furniture. The material of the finger joint plate is not good, the air drying time is generally short, and the water content is also large, which is easy to cause deformation cracking.
