After use, turn off the power and water, and use a cleaning bottle to rinse off the liquid crystal attached to the roller shaft and gear. Rinse the rubber roller with clean water, remove the glue remaining on the rubber roller, and replenish the liquid in the refill tank.

The maintenance of the plate processor is usually one month apart. Use warm water and a soft cotton cloth to scrub all the rubber rollers, the tank and the whole body of the fuselage, and refuel the drive shaft, drive chain and drying gear shaft. Replace the development every two weeks while replacing the filter element. Perform antifreeze testing every six months.

When using the CTP plate processor, you should always have Vaseline, sewing machine oil, printing box, alcohol, cotton, cleaning cloth, and cover machine in the machine room.
