Solid phase extraction and purification method for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water
1. Sample preparation
Add 20mL of 10% nitric acid in 1L of water;
2. SPE purification
a. Activation: 5mL isopropyl alcohol and 5mL water were used to rinse the C18 column tube;
b. Sample loading: vacuum suction, the sample is passed through the SPE column at a certain flow rate;
c. Rinse: Rinse with 5mL of eluent (300mL water + 700mL methanol + 2.1g Na2HPO4 + 2.04g KH2PO4);
d. Vacuum drying column for 30min;
e. Elution: use 4mL eluent (90mL isopropyl alcohol + 10mL glacial acetic acid + 200mL toluene, added to 1L petroleum ether),
Mix and elute evenly, collect the eluent;
f. Concentrate and make volume.
