What are the common problems with the vibration table?

During the operation of the vibration table, sometimes customers will encounter different types of problems in this way. Haida technicians have made relevant summaries for some problems. The following customers can refer to similar problems to solve the problems:

1, display bad code

1 Separate the connecting line between the console and the control box (in the power OFF), and then turn on the power OK, that is, use the 12 items that are not normal or inoperative, and then turn down the amplitude parameter as bad (note that the knob is not moving in the middle). OK is OK, not OK, the main control frequency is bad send back original factory maintenance.

2. Different sounds are generated on the desk

1 Sheath (horizontal): Turn the horizontal jacket (2 types) to 90 degrees and re-lock the solution

2 If most of the sound cannot be detected as screws, check that each screw can be tightened, but do not loosen and tighten it completely, resulting in abnormal work or failure of the table.

3, smoke odor smoke odor production (shut down immediately)

1 Taiwan body smoke: Most of the smoke due to collision or amplitude modulation out of range should be immediately shut down, adjust the amplitude of the measurement center axis of the stage body whether there is a resistance of 1-20 ohms is normal

2 control box smoke: Most of the input power supply abnormal changes, too high or too low or before lightning or damage, components are poor smoke, can be switched off for another group of amplitude modulation board can be.

4, when the frequency sweep can not reach the frequency when the frequency is reached

(Because there are 2 modes, one for the first time back and forth for debugging frequency, a setting for the first time back and forth is OK), we can't reach from the second time:

1 When the frequency sweeping occurs with a certain frequency overcurrent action or jump action or when the input power supply voltage changes greatly, the amplitude can be adjusted (mostly the tune up or the intermediate frequency tune 30, 50, 80HZ), see that value or Carrier frequency from highest to lowest or lowest to highest

2 Relative speed calculation error

3 The maximum frequency is not correct when the relative speed is calculated (check the maximum frequency and then calculate the maximum frequency)

5, bad VR

1 Rotate VR at low frequencies (about 30Hz or less) with little change in amplitude

Poor 2VR sometimes causes no output

3 can be replaced

6, bad direction switch

1 no output

2 only vertical or horizontal output can not be converted

3 can be replaced

7. Bad tone plate

1 Mostly caused by over-current due to improper amplitude adjustment

2 in the output is small / can not be adjusted / can not be output, there may be bad

3 plug for another spare plug

8, poor master conversion

Most of the 1 will show ETV or error code

2 No display First confirm the input power OK No, if OK is burned out

3 can also be reset and re-enter the internal code, and will not be sent back to the original processing.

9, time can not stop

1 time setting × number = total time calculation error, check can be;
