1. Different phenomena

Dragging is a gradual change from a certain part of the picture and text, which gradually disappears. The shape of the animal is often called tailing.

The paste version is different. It is a figure that overflows at the edge of the graphic and the width of the graphic is basically the same, the ink color is lighter than the graphic, and the shape is uncertain.

2. The causes are different

The reason for the drag is that there is impurities between the scraper and the printing plate, and it extends to the back of the ground knife. When the scraper scrapes the graphic part on the printing plate, impurities are in contact with the ink. When the scraper scrapes out the force producing part of the text, the impurities fall behind the blade and contact the printing plate, which will damage the graphic.

The squeegee is mainly due to the curved contact between the scraper and the printing plate, that is to say, the knife is very tight and the air pressure is also large. Inside is allowed. When the scraper moves out of the graphic part, the blade hits the shoulder of the net and will bounce back like a ball hitting the wall. Therefore, when the blade moves out of the graphic part of the plate, the part of the scraper that contacts the graphic will give way to the side. The printing plate is scraped clean, under the action of printing pressure, the ink will overflow the graphic part, causing paste.

3. Different solutions

In the production, if the image or text is damaged, just use a bamboo chopstick to gently scrape it.

4. The common points of the two faults

When the viscosity of the ink is relatively low, dragging and paste faults are easy to occur. Therefore, appropriately increasing the viscosity of the ink has a great effect on preventing the occurrence of the above two faults.

For longitudinal and vertical makeup, when the indentation line falls on the corrugated peak or corrugated valley of the corrugated core paper, the quality of the indentation is generally better, and the forming size of the carton is also easily guaranteed. However, if the indentation line falls between Lengfeng and Lenggu, that is, at the half waist, the quality of the indentation is difficult to guarantee, and the molded size of the carton often has deviations.
