Offset paste special case analysis

One time, we printed the "Tianzhujing" aluminum foil and the back label in the same layout. There were hollow characters and black lines on the solid red ground. In the process of adjusting the ink in the school's edition, the captain found that the small characters in the cutouts were unclear, especially the back signs. In this regard, we have taken the following steps to analyze:

First think that it is imposition and there is a problem with the print. The film registration, film and PS version registrations were checked and reprinted with dozens of prints. The small prints were still unclear. After cleaning the ink roller. After the blankets were wiped with the cleaning paste, dozens of sheets were printed and the failure was still not eliminated.

Later thought it was ghosting. For printing pressure, the lining is adjusted, the blanket is stretched, and the failure remains. After careful inspection, it was found that the graphic on the blanket was vague, and then the printing plate was erased. The missing ink on the ink roller was also obscure. The ink on the ink roller was also not good in fluidity, but thick and not sticky. Inspired by this, it turned out that the ink's fluidity and other properties have changed. Upon inquiry, it was learned that the ink used in this printing was the last remaining ink, but also added dry oil and relieving agent. After replacing the new ink and reprinting, the problem was completely solved.

Revelation: In packaging and decorating printing and trademark printing, due to poor understanding of ink properties, additive usage, etc., serious quality problems are caused and customer complaints are returned. This should cause everyone's attention.
