(1) Pages 0 and 1 contain information such as the serial number of the card and are only readable. The check digits are calculated according to ISO/IEC 14443-3 as follows:

BCC0=CT⊕SN0⊕SN1⊕SN2

BCC1=SN3⊕SN4⊕SN5⊕SN6

(2) Page 2 is LOCK BYTES. Setting the bits corresponding to Byte 2 and Byte 3 can be individually locked from the 3rd page to the 15th page as a read-only area.

Lx locks X pages as read only

BLX locks the corresponding Lx bit

Note: Once the block-locking (BLX) bit is set to the locked configuration, the corresponding memory area will be frozen. For example, if BL15-10 is set to 1, then L15 to L10 can no longer be changed.

Lock0 and Lock1 can be set by a write command, and the written content is bit or operated with the current content to obtain new content, and the initial value is 0. This process is irreversible. If a bit is set to 1, it can no longer be set to 0.

(3) Page 3 is OTP, which is one-time programming, and the initial value is 0. It is possible to change its value by writing a command, and the written value and the current value are bitwise ORed to obtain a new value. This process is irreversible. If a bit is set to 1, it will no longer be set to 0.

Note: This memory area can be used as a one-time counter with a maximum of 32.

(4) Pages 4 to 15 are the user read/write areas with an initial value of 0.
