U.S. develops environmentally friendly moisture-proof film

Teknt-plex of the United States has developed the Novinex multi-layer film, which is unique in that it has a moisture-proof function and is said to be another breakthrough in the field of packaging materials research.

According to reports, Novinex film is made by Topascos inner layer, and the outer layer of polypropylene is pressed at the same time, and the inner layer is divided into three levels, the color of each level are Transparent, white and bright colors.

In terms of process, Novinex uses multiple layers at the same time to reduce the chance of contamination. At the same time, compared with PVDC/polymer multi-layer film, Novinex has better moisture proof and transparency, no ethylene, halogen and plasticizer, safety, environmental protection and good stability. At present, it has obtained the consent of the US FDA. The material can be directly used for contact packaging and drug packaging of various foods.
