Henan developed a successful small and medium-sized teabag production line

The small and medium-sized tea production line jointly researched by the School of Food and Biological Engineering of Henan University of Science and Technology and Tiannuo Science and Education Equipment Factory of Luoyang Hi-tech Development Zone has passed the acceptance by experts.

The tea production line is bold and innovative in response to market demand, and has achieved breakthroughs in speculation and packaging. The entire production line investment is only about 40,000 yuan, which is particularly suitable for small and medium investors. The tea production line adopts a teabag packaging form. The inner bag and outer bag packaging are all mechanically finished. The packaging is exquisite and 3600 bags per hour can be completed. The outer bag packaging has already applied for national patents.

Due to the correct market selection, the production line has been favored by tea manufacturers during the development stage. At present, the production line has been applied by manufacturers such as Ginkgo biloba tea, Eucommia tea, Lotus tea, Kidney tea, etc., and has been satisfactorily evaluated.
