Eight, preview editing settings

Every time before the official printing of Microsoft Word documents, many users will call the print preview function to see if the layout of the document is appropriate. If any content needs to be adjusted, it will generally return to the document editing state to readjust the content. Is it necessary to go back to editing? In fact, we can directly edit and modify the inappropriate place in the print preview mode, the following is the specific operation steps:

1. In the toolbar of Word's main operation interface, click the print preview button with the mouse, and then the Word program will switch from the edit state to the preview state;

2, then use the mouse to click the magnifying glass button on the print preview toolbar, and move the magnifying glass to the position to be edited. Once you find that the mouse pointer changes from a magnifying glass icon to a type I icon, you can directly modify in the document Text, and Word program will automatically enlarge the editing area;

3. After the editing is completed, you can click the close button in the preview window to exit the print preview mode and return to the original editing mode, and directly click the print button to complete the formal printing of the document.
