MIR 9000 mirror ink

MIR-9000 mirror ink is the ink for screen printing. Like silver evaporated film, it has good metallic luster and mirror-like mirror finish. The used solvent is safer to the human body and less polluted to the environment, and is a safer ink. Printing can be performed on polycarbonates, treated PET materials, and has good hiding properties. The printability is specifically considered in the design. Printed products such as display panels, membrane switches, and mobile phones for home appliances can be printed with higher added value.

* Ultra-glossy mirrors that cannot be achieved with conventional metallic inks.
* Good coverage, ie black cover printing, no change in hue and gloss.
* Basically the same mirror effect as vapor-deposited film and gold-silver foil, and they can be substituted for them to reduce costs.
* Compared with the conventional mirror ink, this ink has good printing adaptability and is easy to print. Printing can also be done on the text and thin lines.

MSB-9000 ink is set as complementary ink for MIR-9000 mirror ink.
The complementary color of mirror ink cannot use general screen ink. If the MSB-9000 ink is used, the mirror will not be blurred and complementary colors can be used.
The MSB-9000 has the following 8 types:

There are three types of MIR-9000 mirror ink additives.
*MIR-9000 low viscosity colorless (adding range 0 to 30%)
By increasing the amount of addition, the adhesiveness of the ink can be improved. However, as the added amount increases, the specularity is reduced. By adding, the hue of the mirror ink can be made lighter. *MIR-9001 Brightness Reducing Agent (Addition Range 0 to 30%)
Let the coating whiten to reduce specularity. *106 Hardener (add range 0.5 to 1%)
For difficult-to-pay materials, adhesion can be improved.
Recommended printing method: T-250 to T300 mesh Diluent: No Dilution Drying conditions: PC material 50°C 30 minutes or more PET material 80°C, 30 minutes or more Before printing, it must be mixed thoroughly before use.
The printed material is preferably polycarbonate with good transparency or treated PET material.

Mirror inks can also be bonded to substrates alone, but in order to prevent scratches and improve gloss and resistance, capping inks must be used.
Use MIB ink when printing the gland. If you use other screen inks, the mirror surface will become blurred.
In the MIB ink series, there are the following 14 types.

MIB ink can also be tinted. Please inform if necessary.
Recommended printing method: T-250 to T300 mesh thinner: F-OO2 or F-003 solvent, 10% to 20% dilution hardener: 240 hardener, 10% added
Drying conditions: 80°C, more than 30 minutes

* After printing, the ink recovered from the plate should not be added to the unused ink. Please put it in another container.
*Before the official printing, be sure to conduct a preliminary test on the state of mirror formation.
