Unifill equipment uses a roll of plastic composite film (film material is PS/PE, PVC/PE, PS/EVOH/PE, PET/PE, PP/EVOH, etc.), depending on the size of the product, the thickness of the film can be selected from 150 microns to 500 microns. The specific production procedure is to first preheat the plastic web (single or double drums) and then thermoform in the closing and forming dies to produce the desired shape. After the product is filled in the molded cavity, the top is sealed. Finally, the equipment will form and cut the package in the final cutting die according to the desired design. In order to fill different shapes of products or make different shapes of containers, the molds of related equipment are easy to replace. The filling method can choose hot filling and ultra-clean filling. During the filling process, automatic monitoring can be carried out, and products that are not filled or defective can be rejected.

The raw materials are made of medical-grade film, and all the processes are automatically completed on a single machine, avoiding possible contamination due to manual participation.
