Burnley Packaging Launches Polish Made Semi-Automatic and Full-Automatic Wrapping Machine

Following the launch of the UK-made SDO series of servo-driven wrappers last year, Burnley Packaging has also launched a new series of Polish wrappers.

This series has two models: semi-automatic and fully automatic. Unlike the original series, Burnley Wega arranges its transverse sealing device behind the machine, while the original series is at the bottom.

The fully automatic AM-4 can produce single cartons and composite packages of different sizes and styles, with a maximum packing speed of 3,600/hour. The semi-automatic manual feeding FK-6 type machine can produce the same size as the AM-4 type machine, but the speed can only reach 500/hour.

In addition, the auxiliary equipment includes a tear tape manufacturing device, a print positioning device, and a conveyor belt device for a composite package. A heated conveyor belt on the Burnley HC20 machine also allows the final shrink wrap of the package.

Burnley chairman Ian Pruchniewicz said: “The launch of this new series of machines proves that we can provide automatic or semi-automated equipment for bottom and rear closures that can handle more or less products. Burnley Wega series machines are very competitively priced, Its semi-automatic machines cost less than 9,000 pounds, and fully automatic machines cost about 23,000 pounds."
