Embossed printing method on textiles

Embossed pattern processing methods on textiles generally include weaving, tufting, and shearing. There are roughly four ways to make an embossed pattern by printing.

1 electrostatic flocking printing. First, a variety of patterns are printed on the fabric with an adhesive, and the colored fluff of the nylon or polyester fine denier yarn is vertically moved between the plates of the two high-voltage electrostatic fields so that the pile is densely planted on the printed fabric pattern with the adhesive. Constitute a three-dimensional relief pattern.

2 wrinkle print. Preprint the pattern on the cotton cloth with concentrated alkali. After drying and washing, a bubble-shaped three-dimensional pattern is produced. Anti-inking printing method can also be used to print anti-alkali patterns on the cotton cloth. After the anti-alkali slurry is dried, the cotton cloth is then padded with concentrated alkali. After washing and drying, the bubble-shaped relief pattern can also be produced. .

3 Burnt-out printing. The polyester/cotton core-spun yarn is spun using polyester/cotton two kinds of fibers. After weaving, the two kinds of fibers have different acid and alkali resistance capabilities, and the pattern is printed on the fabric using alkaline pulp or acidic pulp. After baking at a high temperature, the fibers printed on the pattern part fall off, so that the fabric surface exhibits a pattern with a strong contrast.

4 shrink printing. The anti-shrinking solvent is printed on the surface of the wool fabric by a screen printing method, and the felting portion is differentiated from the unfelted portion by shrinking, and the pattern already depicted on the screen is presented on the surface of the fabric with a concave-convex effect. This method is only suitable for use on wool products, because wool products are generally subjected to a shrinking process. Such as wool knitwear relief processing is the use of shrink-proof principle, the anti-shrinkage agent added to the printing paste, printed on the fabric. Cardigan embossed printing process: pre-treatment → printing → pre-bake → baking → shrinking → dehydration → drying.
