The reporter learned from the Municipal Agriculture Commission that Harbin is the country's main corn producing area and the corn planting area has reached 11 million mu. In the past, corn deep-processing products in Harbin were mostly frozen corn. This year, Heilongjiang Shengyi Food Co., Ltd., a private enterprise in Harbin, has independently developed vacuum-packed, ready-to-eat, sweet and sticky corn by hiring experts from Beijing and other places. The corn can be processed by technology after cooking and can be stored at room temperature for one year. Without destroying the nutrition, you can eat it by opening the bag. At present, this bagged ready-to-eat corn and the first corn juice drink with corn as raw material in Heilongjiang Province have applied for national patents.
