Due to the greater degradation during the use of PVC products, the degradation is more severe when it is processed again at high temperature. Therefore, the general regenerated polyvinyl chloride must be added with some heat stabilizers during granulation, which can greatly improve the regeneration of particles. Various indicators.

(1) Formula for shoe soles:

Formula 1: Waste soft PVC 100 kg Flame retardant, coloring agent 2 kg Petroleum ester 15 kg (eg: Third-line oil, second-line oil, dioctyl ester, etc.)
Barium stearate 1 kg Carbon black 0.1 kg
Formulation 2: Waste shoe soles (refers to PVC soles) 100 kg dioxin 6 kg stearate 1 kg calcium stearate 1.5 kg chlorinated paraffin 1 kg
The role and symbols of the above additives:

Flame Retardants, Colorants, Ferric Trichloride: Fe2o3
Strontium stearate, cadmium stearate, zinc, and calcium are all commonly used metal soap stabilizers. Lubricants:
Strontium stearate: BaSt
Cadmium stearate: CdSt
Zinc stearate: ZnSt
Calcium stearate: CaSt
Chlorinated paraffin: The commonly used chlorine content is 42% and 52%. The advantages are low volatility, no burning, low price, and plasticizing effect, which is to increase the technical indicators of plastics.
PCL (chlorinated paraffin) -50 (how much chlorine content): Refers to chlorinated paraffin with 50% chlorine content.

2, waste PVC film material recycled film material
Formula: Waste PVC film 100 kg plasticizer (dioctyl ester) 5-15 kg (such as: dioctyl ester, second plant ester, such costs are high, can also be used to second-line oil, third-line oil, etc. Low cost oil esters according to actual situation)
Stabilizer (three salts) about 3 kg (eg three salts, two salts, strontium stearate, cadmium, zinc, calcium, etc. can be used together or separately)
Lubricant (strontium stearate) 1 kg (eg chlorinated paraffin or stearic acid septum, zinc, calcium, etc.)

Note: Stabilizers and lubricants may not be used together at the same time. That is, when stearic acid is used as a stabilizer, the lubricant should be chlorinated paraffin or paraffin. If you want to slightly change the performance of its plastic, you can also use the following methods to simply improve the performance of a plastic:

Scrap: 100 kg, adding 2 kg of dioctyl ester can increase its softness.
