However, the plated ceramic film is not easily compounded with polyethylene like the aluminized film because the PET film is used as a substrate, and when the silicon oxide surface is directly coated or melted with fusion polyethylene at a high temperature, it tends to elongate and thus damage. Silicon oxide surface layer, resulting in reduced barrier properties. At the same time, under the current conditions, due to technical problems in the process, the PET film sometimes undergoes curling during the plating process, thereby affecting the quality of the film. Of course, such problems are gradually being solved.

In the world, the ceramic coating film was first used as a condiment packaging for thin strips of solid noodles, which has attracted widespread attention due to its excellent packaging properties. Because this film has excellent taste protection, it is particularly suitable for packaging volatile materials.
