PP-plastic bottle infusion packaging line successfully developed in Dalian

At present, the Dalian Development Zone Enterprise Fuyuan Pharmaceutical Packaging Research Institute successfully developed the PP-plastic bottle infusion packaging line, filling another unknown project in the domestic pharmaceutical packaging industry.

Plastic bottle packaging that conforms to international standards has the unparalleled advantages of glass bottles: first, it is resistant to impact and not easily damaged; second, it is lighter and can significantly reduce transportation costs; third, it is molded once and does not produce secondary Pollution; Fourth, non-toxic, no side effects on the human body; Fifth, the manufacturing cost is low, calculated in a single bottle, only about 40% of the cost of glass bottles. In addition, the disposable plastic bottles of high quality and low price omits the cleaning and disinfection process, and at the same time, the related energy is saved, and a considerable part of the production process can be simplified.

PP-plastic bottle infusion packaging line is PP-plastic particles as the main raw material. It is composed of three parts: the bottle production line, the canned production line and the light inspection production line. Among them, the ultrasonic sealing part and packaging in the canned production line are the core part of this pipeline project, and its market monopoly is extremely strong. All five patents approved by the National Patent Office were registered to ensure the technical reliability of this project.

At present, the trial production and assembly of this pipeline main equipment have been completed. With large production conditions and capabilities. After repeated experiments, it is proved that there are no technical problems. If the fund preparation is successful, there will be a certain amount of accumulation. The project will soon obtain considerable economic benefits.
