The reasons for the insufficient vacuum pumping of the plate-making machine and the reduction of the vacuum degree are:
(1) The air-transmitting rubber pipe leaks due to rat bites, aging, and rupture;
(2) The elastic rubber sealing cloth pad of the printing frame of the printing machine is aging, cracked and leaking;
(3) The rubber pipeline for gas transmission is too long, and the gas consumption will affect the vacuum;
(4) The amount of oil in the vacuum pump is insufficient;
(5) There are too many impurities in the straight air in the vacuum pump;
(6) Vacuum pump seals wear out and leak air and oil;
(7) The oil feed hole in the pump is blocked or the oil supply is insufficient;
(8) The exhaust valve is worn and damaged;
(9) Broken leaf spring, etc.
Correspondingly, the methods to eliminate these faults are:
(1) Replace damaged rubber pipes;
(2) Use adhesive tape or tape to cover the air leakage of the elastic rubber sealing cloth pad of the drying frame. Pay attention to maintenance every week, wipe the rubber frame with glycerin and moisturize it once to prevent aging, maintain the elasticity of the rubber frame and reduce the frame leakage Gas problem
(3) The length of the rubber pipeline for gas transmission should not exceed 2 meters to avoid gas consumption on the pipeline.
(4) Add new vacuum oil to the center line of the oil mark;
(5) Replace the fresh vacuum oil;
(6) Replace with new seals or readjust the assembly;
(7) Clean the oil inlet;
(8) Replace the new exhaust valve slice;
(9) Replace with a new rotary leaf spring.
In addition, the air path should be kept clean, and there should be no dust or any foreign objects on the inner wall of the pipeline. It is often pierced with a thin iron wire to keep the hose line pumping smooth.
At the same time, we must pay attention to the positive and negative rotation of the three-phase motor of the vacuum pump. The motor phase circuit installation will be reversed, and the air pipe of the vacuum pump may blow. .
2. Leakage of the vacuum pump of the offset printing machine is often encountered. The main reason is that the pump shaft of the vacuum pump and the oil seal device accessories have been used for many years, resulting in the wear of the seal ring. When the oil leakage is serious, the vacuum oil just injected leaks a large amount of oil pollution after a while, which not only pollutes the environment, but also affects the normal operation of the vacuum pump. During maintenance, the spring ring should be reduced or a new oil seal device should be replaced. When disassembling and repairing, apply sealant to the gasket to prevent oil leakage and air leakage. In addition, damage to the gasket at the connection of the vacuum pump oil tank will also cause oil leakage. The solution is to replace the gasket. Do not add too much when filling the vacuum pump oil, just align with the oil level line. If the vacuum oil is added too much, the vacuum pump will splash and throw out the oil when working.
Keep the exhaust system function intact in daily work. The vacuum pump should be checked once a week, the oil level should always be aligned with the oil level line, and a new vacuum oil must be replaced after working for one year.
The vacuum pump and motor are generally installed at the back of the plate-making machine. The environment around the vacuum pump and motor should always be kept clean to reduce the adhesion of dust and debris to the pump body and motor. It must be disassembled and inspected regularly every year.
