1.  How can we get an accurate quotation?
      In order to give you a more accurate quotation, please provide the following detailed information :Material / Size / Printing color / Surface finishing / Packing method /Cutting shape/  Design vector/ Quantity/ Usage. 
,If you don't have an idea of the shape, the size, the surface finish, the material, please advice where your label sticker will be applied to and the information you can provide, then we will recommend the optimum package for you.

2. Do you offer different materials  or surface finishing options ?         Yes,we supply different adhesive paper which could meet your requirement. and we can do various surface finishing, for example, the matte/glossy lamination, uv, hot stamping, brushed effect, snowflake effect, fine wrinkle effect, frost flower effect, frost dots effect, QR code, barcode, RIFD anti-false,etc.

3. How do i confirm the order?
     Since our printing machine is large flexo printing machines, very advanced screen/offset printing machines, hot foil machines, and congraving machine, there would be expensive booting fee and plate-making cost, if the labels  are simple and of small quantity, we suggest a JPG proof for  you to confirm, and we will take the production pictures for you to track the production until we finish to ship them.

4. What is your product range?
  Labels, gift boxes, wine boxes, watch boxes, electronic products boxes, fancy suits/shoes boxes, cosmetics boxes, toothpaste boxes, cigarette packing boxes, soap boxes, fancy paper bags, chocolate packing, butter packing, etc.

5. Are you a manufacturer?

6. Do you have any stock?
   All of our products are customized according to your customers' requirements, so there is no stock. We have our own design & develop team, and can design the new special package for your products.

7. How long is your mass production?
   After we get the deposit, the mass production time is about 7-15 work days. It may be different according to the quantity and the surface finish of the products.

8. Which format do you need for printing?
   PDF, CDR, AI, PSD.

9. Do you have quality-checking department?
   Yes, Hongjin always puts the quality at the first place. We have an excellent QC system about the printing, the technics, the die cutting, and the finished products to ensure all the products up to the customers' requirements. And we have good after-service team.

10. How do you ship them?
we can choose the express, the air, the vessel according to your requirements.

11. What certificates does your factory have?
Our factory has ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and FSC cerfiticates. we have our own national laboratory, can do the various test for all the products including ROHS testing.
