The kitchen waste treatment plant includes a kitchen waste treatment workshop and a sick and dead livestock processing workshop. It is designed to handle 150 tons of kitchen waste, 15 tons of waste oil, 5 tons of sick and dead poultry, and can produce 2.5 million cubic meters of natural gas per year after commissioning. 2,700 tons of biodiesel, the water produced by Lijiang City every day will become "soap."

At present, the main building of the kitchen waste treatment plant has been completed, and the equipment installation work will be carried out soon. It is expected to be put into operation this year. At that time, the treatment plant will effectively improve the processing and handling system of kitchen and kitchen waste in the Qianjiang District, serve the southeastern part of the city, and truly realize the standardization and harmless treatment of the kitchen and kitchen collection and transportation.
