As early as the pre-training period, the team of runners' labs, PhitsInsoles, measured the gait of Aernouts. The data collected by 3D scanning technology is converted into a custom design by Phits, which can buffer and support. The Phits team took into account the dynamic pressure points of the Aernouts foot to achieve this.

After completing the design process using 3D modeling software, the team sent the model to Materialize, a 3D printing company. Materialize uses a laser sintering machine to create the perfect insole.
